LG G6 Might Make An Early Market Appearance Post MWC 2017

2017 is going to see a large number of high-end devices rolled out by the tech giants and perhaps two of the devices which are topping the list of the ‘most anticipated’ ones are the Galaxy S8 by Samsung and G6 by LG. There have been huge rumour mills surrounding these two devices which are expected to be the highlights of the smartphone market in the approaching 2017.

The LG G6 might be made available to consumers earlier than expected after its expected announcement at the MWC 2017 in Spain.

Last year, post announcing the LG G5 at the MWC 2016, the flagship device from LG was launched in April by the U.S which was shortly followed by Samsung rolling out its premium Galaxy S7 smartphone.  This year, Lg is looking to change things up further. The tech company is taking measured steps to release their device into the market further before the Samsung device arrives which can actually be a smart move considering the fact that Samsung had much more takers than LG at this point of time when it comes to smartphones. The Galaxy Note 7 debacle did do damage to Samsung’s reputation in the market and it looks like LG’s capitalisation on the situation might just pay off. There is a window of opportunity for LG to drop a new smartphone with Samsung’s rumoured release of the Galaxy S8 to come later, and the same window is also when Apple’s iPhone sales become stagnant.

Pegged to be visibly different from its predecessors, the LG G6 will be one hell f a premium smartphone according to the various information there is available on the internet so far. Sporting a metal and glass body along with features like Wireless charging and water resistivity on the table, the G6 is definitely one offering a lot of people are willing to get their hands and it seems that it will be pretty soon that these wishes materialise.

There is a huge possibility that LG might announce the G6 at MWC 2017 which is scheduled for February 27 through March 2 in Barcelona, Spain and then launch a commercial release within a brief time span. However, we’ll only be sure once the MWC 2017 actually begins.
