First Electric Toothbrush with Artificial Intelligence To be Made Available Shortly?

With the advancement of technology, we have come across a number of new electronic gadgets that are set to hit the market in upcoming days. And the latest news has revealed that a toothbrush with Augmented Reality incorporated within it is ready to take the world of technology by a storm. Well, that sounds quite incredible as far as the commoners are concerned.

Kolibree is has released the latest AI enable toothbrush in January which will be available on the market in February

During the recently concluded Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2017, Kolibree launched the world’s first Artificial Intelligence-activated toothbrush that keeps the user of the device updated regarding the brushing habits with an aim to provide necessary feedbacks regarding the brushing techniques and much more. It will definitely enable the user to maintain a better oral health which is one of the primary concerns for each and every human being across the world. It works very much like the ordinary electronic toothbrushes with brushes and sonic vibration and weighs around 70 grams. The device is backed up with a battery that has the capability to last almost a couple of weeks.

Alongside this, the technical aspects of the electronic Ara toothbrush enable the user to stay updated regarding the brushing duration, frequency and the areas covered. The toothbrush works well when it is connected to the app online. Even the toothbrush work properly in offline mode as well as it comes with the facility of storing the data which it syncs later on when it is connected to the internet. The weekly updates regarding the brushing habits are provided to the user through e-mails.

Regarding the toothbrush that has been unveiled by Kolibree, the CEO of the company Thomas Serval has come with the words that the latest innovation has been developed keeping in mind the idea of personalized healthcare besides disease prevention and wellness. Regarding the latest technology that has been incorporated in the toothbrush, Serval has been quoted saying, “Patented deep learning algorithms are embedded directly inside the toothbrush on a low-power processor. Raw data from the sensors runs through the processor, enabling the system to learn your habits and refine accuracy the more it’s used.”

Reports have come in that the Kolibree Ara toothbrush with Artificial Intelligence will be made available for the consumers in the latter part of the month of February this year. And it comes with a price tag of $129. So it remains to be seen how the first AI enabled electronic toothbrush from Kolibree performs once it hits the market. Until then we have to keep on waiting for a few more days.
