The Moto X (2017) Will Likely Be Called Moto X4

Slowly but steadily, rumors regarding several of Moto phones are spilling out on the internet. A couple of days, ago we heard of the Moto Z Play and Moto C. Earlier we had reported about the existence of a certain Moto X but, mobile reporter and famous leakster, Evleaks reported on Twitter that the Moto X will most likely be called the Moto X4.

Motorola could be preparing to add to its line-up of Moto X which wouldn’t be surprising at all. Previously we have reported that the handset is a decent one. The Moto X4 seems to offer a 5.5-inch display screen but we don’t know anything about the resolution. The device is likely to a 13-megapixles dual-lens camera setup with dual-LED flash in the rear. The Moto logo can be found below the camera. In the leaked image we couldn’t spot any pin which makes us believe that the device won’t come with Moto Mods.

Previously it was reported that the handset will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset and as for storage, the device will sport a 3GB RAM along with 32GB of internal storage. The device will come with a metallic chassis and gray color variant.

As for Moto Z2 Play, the handset will likely be launched in May. Leaked images of the handset suggest that the device will look very handsome and will come with a protruding rear camera which is great, to say the least. There’ll be a Moto log below the rear camera and we have managed to notice pins that suggest the handset connect with Moto Mods. The Moto Z Play is expected to arrive with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. The handset is expected to be backed by a 3,150 mAh battery.

Lately, we have been hearing reports regarding another Moto phone – the Moto C and Moto C Plus, that are expected to roll out this year too. The Moto C will, most likely sport, 5-inch display along with a front camera with a LED flash and speaker. The device is expected to come with sub-variants based on 3G and 4G support. One will feature a 1.3GHz 32-bit MediaTek quad-core processor while the other will be powered by a 64-bit class 1.1.GHz MediaTek quad-core CPU. The handset is likely to sport a 5-megapixel camera on the rear with LED flash and a 2-megapixels selfie camera.
