Huawei Honor 8 Pro With Android 7.0 Nougat Launched In India

Chinese telecommunications equipment and networking company Huawei has launched its latest flagship smartphone Huawei Honor 8 Pro in India. The device will exclusively be available to Amazon Prime members on Prime Day, which is on July 10 at 6 PM. It has been priced at Rs. 29,999.

Huawei Honor 8 Pro sports a sleek metal body design and is available in two color variants – Navy Blue and Midnight Black

Running on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat-based EMUI 5, Huawei Honor 8 Pro will sport a 5.7-inch 2K Quad HD display. It will have a 2.5D curved glass and metal body. The sleek design gives the product the edge it needed. It will be backed by a 4,000mAh battery, which can last up to two full days of regular use.

Coming to the specifications of the camera, the device will feature a 12-megapixel dual-lens primary camera and an 8-megapixel secondary camera.

Speaking of the storage capacity, the latest flagship from Xiaomi will have 6GB of RAM and a humongous 128GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded to 256GB via a microSD card.

Moreover, it also is coming with a bundle of sensors such as Infrared, Hall, Fingerprint, Ambient Light, Proximity, Status Indicator, Gravity, Digital Compass, and Gyroscope. Reports claim that it will have connectivity options for Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and Type-C USB 2.0.

Huawei Honor 8 Pro has been launched in two color variants – Navy Blue and Midnight Black. It will come bundled in a box that can be used as a VR headset. This will enhance your gaming experience while also helping you to get 360-degree video experience.

Previously, Honor launched Honor 6X as an Amazon exclusive and witnessed huge success. This has probably prompted the company to partner with Amazon again this time.

It is worth mentioning that the Huawei has also launched Enjoy 7 in China with Snapdragon 425 SoC today.
