Lenovo-owned Motorola is all set to launch the new Moto E4 in India today. The budget smartphone is to be sold as a Flipkart-only product and will be launched at an event starting 12 PM IST. The primary feature of the new smartphone is the mammoth 5,000 mAh battery, which is enough to keep the device going for up to 2 days.
We have previously brought you the expected specs and features of this new smartphone. Motorola has been shedding light on the new device constantly for the last few days on its official Twitter handle. The Moto E4 Plus is expected to be one of those devices in the mid-budget segment to have the embedded giant battery as well as 2.5 D curved glass display.
Moto E4 Plus Specs and Features
The Moto E4 Plus is an upgraded successor to the Moto E4, which is yet to be released in India. The device will feature a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels. The phone will have a bright and sharp display with a pixel density of 267 ppi. With the 2.5D curved glass display, the smartphone will also have a superior form factor compared to its competitors.
Powered by a handy and energy efficient 1.4GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 427 processor with the powerful Adreno 308 GPU, the new Moto E4 is expected to be a pretty powerful device. Quad-Core CPUs are also expected to provide lag-free performances. Storage options on the phone include 2 Gigs of RAM with two internal storage options on offer- 16GB and 32GB. The fingerprint sensor is found on the front, embedded inside the home button. The optics department features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash with a f/2.0 aperture. There is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash as well. The front snapper has a f/2.2 aperture for selfies as well as video calling. The software platform is Android 7.1 Nougat.
