Moto E4 Plus Oxford Blue Edition Launched in India: Here are the Essentials

Lenovo owned Motorola has recently launched its Moto E4 Plus smartphone in the Indian market shelves (as mentioned here). And much like the aftermath of joy, Moto E4 is available in a brand new variant- the Moto E4 Plus Oxford Blue Edition. The only difference between the Blue Edition of Moto E4 and the traditional Moto E4 is likely to be the color.

According to the Managing director, Sudhin Mathur, “The Moto E4 Plus received a phenomenal response from customers and with the festive season right around the corner, they now have an option of making a style statement with this stylish and elegant shade.” The new Oxford Blue edition shade of Moto E4 Plus features a 5.5-inch HD 720p display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels.

Under the hood, the smartphone is housed with quad-core MediaTek MTK6737 SoC clocked at 1.3GHz. The device comes with a combination of 32GB of internal storage alongside RAM of 3 GB. However, one may expand the native storage via a microSD card up to 128 GB.

On the optics front, Moto E4 Plus Oxford Blue Edition reportedly packs a 13-megapixel rear camera alongside an aperture of f/2.0, single-LED flash as well as autofocus. In terms of the selfie shooter, there’s a 5-megapixel sensor in the front panel along with f/2.2 aperture, single-LED flash a beautification mode and fixed focus.

Other features also include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11n, GPS, Bluetooth v4.1, Micro-USB port, and the support of 4G. The smartphone also houses a fingerprint sensor embedded in the home panel along with proximity sensor.

There’s a mammoth battery of 5000mAh capacity housed with Moto E4 Plus Oxford Blue Edition. The budget smartphone is available as a Flipkart-only product at 9,499. However, there’s a Rs. 500 discount on the launch price i.e. Rs. 9,999.
