Vivo has finally put its new Vivo V7+ on sale in two different color variants. The new phone has a price tag of Rs 21,990 and promises excellent camera and selfie capabilities. The pre-booking of the device starts from today and the sale will commence from September 15. One major highlight is the 24-MP moonlight selfie camera which is a great treat for users who enjoy taking selfies. We have earlier covered this device extensively.
As reported by The Mobile Indian, this new Vivo phone seems to be hitting all the right notes. The 24-MP selfie camera has a f/2.0 aperture and other beautification features like face beauty 7.0, besides video calling-face beauty mode, better group selfies, and a portrait mode. The smartphone has a 16-megapixel rear/primary camera that has PDAF quick focus, besides an aperture of f/2.0 and a quality LED flash.
The new Vivo V7+ has a metal unibody design with noticeable dual U type antenna bands, a feature similar to the Mi A1, the OnePlus 5 and which seems to have been inspired by the Apple iPhone 7. On board this device is a 5.99-inch FullView HD display with an aspect ratio of 18:9- a feature which will enable great wide-screen movie viewing experience- and an 84.4 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Powering the new model is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC which has been clocked at 1.8GHz. This processor will work in tandem with the Adreno 506 GPU. The Vivo V7+ is the first mobile phone in India which runs on the Snapdragon 450 mobile platform. Vivo’s new smartphone has 4GB of RAM plus 64GB of internal storage, the latter of which is expandable to up to 256GB via a micro SD card. Vivo’s proprietary Funtouch OS 3.2 is also present aboard and it is powered by a 3225mAh battery.
Also on board is face access, which is essentially facial recognition, and a rear mounted fingerprint sensor. For better sound, there is a Hi-Fi AK4376A chipset. The new Vivo V7+ supports 4G VoLTE and WiFi, besides Bluetooth 4.2, and dual-SIM.
