The Chinese smartphone making brand Oppo has been busy making a stellar smartphone dubbed as the Oppo A79 for the last two or three months. We have already seen plenty of news, leaks, rumors, and updates on this particular handset. Even a few days ago, the alleged smartphone had appeared on the TENAA benchmark website hinting a lot about the key specs features and specs of the forthcoming handset. Now the latest press renders leaked on the internet has also revealed various features of the forthcoming handset.
According to the latest press render, the Oppo A79 is going to come with a sleek design and premium look. Moreover, the handset is expected to flaunt a full-screen, bezel-less display. Not only that, the leak also suggests that the screen will be curved a little bit. A few months ago, Oppo launched the Oppo F5, with bezel-less display and if we believe the rumor as true, the Chinese tech giant is going to follow the same trend this time also.
Further, the leaked image has also hinted that the handset will not sport any home button and unlike the other Oppo smartphones, the fingerprint scanner of the Oppo A79 is going to be placed on the back side, just below the single camera module. Moreover, the upcoming smartphone is going to retain the 3.5mm audio jack and the USB Type-C port is placed just beside it. On the right side of the device, the volume rocker has been placed and the power button has been placed on the right side.
In terms of specifications, the Oppo A79 is going to sport a 6.01-inch screen with a pixel resolution of 2160 x 1080p. The upcoming smartphone is going to be powered by a MediaTek MT6763T SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage capacity. On the optics front, the Oppo A79 is pegged to sport 16-megapixel sensors at both the front and rear end of the device. The handset is pegged to come with a 2900mAh battery backup.
The Oppo A79 is expected to make its debut on 30th November.
