Sanyo’s New 4K Smart TV Series Launched in India, Prices Start at Rs 64,990

Sanyo, the Japanese giant known for its futuristic devices and TV sets, has unveiled its latest range of 4K Smart TVs in India. The prices start at Rs 64,990. Sanyo is currently owned by Panasonic.  This being the 67th anniversary of the company, the company is offering savings of up to 25 percent.

The new series includes the 49-inch XT-49S8200U and the bigger 55-inch XT-55S8200U models. These are exclusively available in online stores Flipkart and Amazon India. The prices are, respectively, Rs 64,990 and Rs 76,990. Sanyo has been in the business long enough for it to understand exactly what the customers

The company’s latest TVs come with a 4K HDR display that has a spectacular resolution of 3840×2160 pixels. Sanyo has claimed that this will give rise to deeper, blacker, and more authentic colors, as well as blue-less image and a better, wide viewing angle.Both the models also boast Dolby technologies as well as 10W x 2 box speakers.

Sanyo launches new 4K Smart TVs in India

Both these latest Sanyo TV sets run on the Linux operating system. Each one also has 1.5GB RAM as well as 4GB of Internal storage space. Being Smart TVs, there are certain apps which have been preloaded. Some of these apps are YouTube, Amazon, and some more. As far as connectivity options are concerned, the 49-inch XT-49S8200U, as well as the 55-inch XT-55S8200U, come with built-in WiFi, two very handy USB ports, and three HDMI ports to boot.
