December 17 has witnessed the unveiling of two Honor smartphones, dubbed the Honor V10 aka View 10 and Honor 7X worldwide via the global launch event held in London. Time and again these smartphones have been made available in the Chinese market. Following to which, the Indian market got hands on the Honor 7X smartphone which debuted with a price tag of Rs. 12,999. Even, Honor 7X has experienced an overwhelming welcome due to which Honor 7X’s flash sales were pretty much successful (while in the first flash sale the smartphone stocks went dry, the second flash sale also ended with being ‘out-of-stock‘). If the reports are anything to go by, the rebranded Honor View 10 goes on sales in India alongside debuts in the US.

Reports have apparently confirmed that Honor rebranded smartphone- the Honor View 10 has gone on sales in India via Amazon India. Earlier we have already informed about the possibility of the smartphone to be an Amazon exclusive device (in case one may check out this report where we have given a detailed information on the registration procedure). The device, for the first time, is going on flash sale via Amazon, so we are still left to witness whether or not the company again experiences an overwhelming welcome!

The Honor View 10 is an AI focussed smartphone which has also been introduced in the US at CES 2018. While Honor didn’t hint us anything about the pricing of the device, it is expected to be confirmed soon. From what GizmoChina has reported, it is anticipated that Honor View 10 in the US is pegged to be priced at  499 euros (~$600).

Coming to its key specifications, the Honor View 10 bears a 5.99-inch FHD+ IPS LCD FullView display and supports a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The processor is paired with 6GB of RAM alongside 128GB of default memory space which can be further expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card slot.

The Honor View 10 runs the Android 8.0 Oreo with the EMUI 8.0 on top and supports a dual camera setup on the rear panel (16MP RGB primary sensor + 20MP monochrome secondary sensor). Features like Smart Tips and AI-accelerated translator are some of the important ones. For the time being, let us wait and check whether or not this Honor smartphone becomes one big success for the company.
