Sharp Aquos S3 with Dual Camera Module Will Launch on 16th of January

The Japanese smartphone maker, Sharp, is gearing up to launch a brand new phone, dubbed the Sharp Aquos S3. The new phone will launch on January 16, as revealed by the reports that surfaced online recently. We already know that the smartphone has cleared the NCC certification (the Taiwanese certification site). Now, we have come across few other leaks which reveal that the new Sharp phone will roll out with some great features.

According to the publication via Gizbot, Sharp Aquos S3 is expected to feature a bezel-less design alongside will come with a dual rear camera module. The report first surfaced via the official poster leaked by the company itself. Through sources, we have gathered that apparently, the company will incorporate a vertically placed dual camera system on the rear panel of the upcoming Sharp Aquos S3. Meanwhile, more specs have been revealed, one may check out some of them.

Sharp Aquos S3 Key Specs and Features

The new Sharp Aquos S3 will bear a 5.99-inch full HD+ display and will support a screen resolution of  2,160×1,080 pixels. The phone will come in two variants. While one of the variants it is expected to house the Snapdragon 630 chipset, another model will be powered by a Snapdragon 660 chipset, under the hood. The Snapdragon 630 model will be occupied with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. On contrary, the Snapdragon 660 variant will be coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage.

On the optics front, the Sharp Aquos S3 will house a vertical dual camera module on the rear panel. It will come with 12MP sensor and a 13MP sensor, which are accompanied by the LED flash. Up front, there’s a 16MP camera as a selfie shooter. The device will be fueled by a decent 3,110mAh battery in order to keep the lights on!
