OnePlus Bullets Wireless Earphones to be Available in India from June 19

Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus has launched the OnePlus Bullets Wireless earphones in India. It was originally unveiled alongside the OnePlus 6 last month. The earphones come with magnetic switches that can automatically stop the music playback when the earphones are clipped together. It also boasts the much acclaimed Dash Charge technology of OnePlus that can provide 5 hours of continuous playback with just 10 minutes of charging.

The OnePlus Bullets Wireless earphones come with a price tag of Rs 3,990 and will go on sale from June 19 at 12 noon.

To recall the specifications of the earphones, it is an upgrade to the OnePlus Bullets V2 and comes with 9.2mm drivers and the company’s in-house Energy Tube that has been manufactured with non-metallic material and silica gel to reduce frequency distraction and also cancel outside noise interferences. The earphones are claimed to be water resistant and can be used in rainy weather as well. However, the company has not specified any IP certification for water-resistivity.

One of the most unique features of this device that makes it stand out from the rest is the presence of magnetic switches that can pause music playback when the earphones are clipped together.  Also when used with the OnePlus 6, users can resume music playback from the point they left off by simply unsnapping the earbuds. The earphones can also turn off on its own to save battery when they are disconnected from the handset for more than 5 minutes.

The OnePlus Bullets Wireless earphones also feature Bluetooth 4.1 for connectivity along with Qualcomm aptX. It is also equipped with an in-line remote control that lets you adjust volume, play/pause an active track and long press the play/pause button to launch Google Assistant. The battery of the device is touted to provide 8 hours of continuous playback on a single charge cycle. It can also provide 5 hours of playback with 10 minutes of charging courtesy of the Dash Charge feature.
