Samsung had launched four smartphones in the mid-range category in India back in May 2018. The four models include Galaxy J6, Galaxy J8, Galaxy A6 and the Galaxy A6+. The Samsung Galaxy A6 was reported to have received a price cut of Rs 2,000 a few weeks ago. Now the other variant, Galaxy A6+ has also received a price cut of Rs 2,000 in India. The effective price has now gone down to Rs 23,990 from the earlier Rs 25,990.
As per a report by Gadgets360, the Galaxy A6+ variant has already received the price cut and is now available on Amazon and Paytm Mall. While the official Samsung online store is yet to reflect the new effective price of the device, buyers who opt to purchase the phone from Paytm Mall will get an additional cashback of Rs 3,000.
Coming to the internal specifications of the smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus features 6-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Display with a screen resolution of 2220 X 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. On the imaging front, the smartphones feature a dual rear camera module with a 16-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with f/1.9 aperture. On the front, it features a 24-megapixel sensor for taking selfies and video calling. Both the front and the rear cameras are supported by LED flash for low light imaging capabilities. It is fueled by a 3,500 mAh battery under the hood that can easily last through the day with a single charge.
Prospective buyers can purchase the smartphone directly from Amazon or Paytm Mall now or can also get it offline from Samsung brand stores across the country and also some third-party smartphone retailers.
