LG G7 One and G7 Fit with 6.1-inch QHD+ Displays Launched

South Korean technology company LG has announced two new smartphones just ahead of the IFA 2018. Named as LG G7 One and LG G7 Fit, the two smartphones are set to be unveiled at the IFA 2018 which will start on August 31, 2018. The LG G7 One is an Android Oreo (Go Edition) based handset and a part of the Android One initiative of Google. This means the smartphone will receive timely software and security updates to offer an optimized Android experience to the users.

The LG G7 One and LG G7 Fit come with similar specifications except for the processor and storage space options. Apart from that, both the devices feature a 6.1-inch QHD+ display with a notch and a 16-megapixel rear camera. On the front, both of them feature an 8-megapixel sensor and both the devices are also iP 68 certified for water and dust resistance.

Coming to the specifications of the LG G7 One, it sports a 6.1-inch QHD+ display with a resolution of 1440 X 3120 pixels and 19.9:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM.

On the optics front, it sports a 16-megapixel camera on the rear panel with an LED flash. On the front, it features an 8-megapixel shooter for taking selfies. The smartphone is equipped with 32GB of inbuilt storage that is further upgradable to a maximum of 2TB via a micro-SD card. Be9ing a part of the Android One initiative by Google, it runs on stock Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box and is fueled by a 3,000mAh battery.

The LG G7 Fit comes with similar specifications to the LG G7 One except for the processor and RAM. The LG G7 Fit is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM. The smartphone will arrive with 32GB and 64GB of inbuilt storage space configurations which can be further upgraded via a micro-SD card to a maximum of 2TB.
