LG Q Stylus+ with 6.2-inch Display and 4GB RAM Launched in India

LG has launched a new mid-range smartphone in India called LG Q Stylus+. LG had introduced a new series of smartphones under the Q stylus family as a part of its 2018 lineup of devices back in June. While the company launched three variants of the device named as LG Q Stylus, LG Q Stylus+ and the LG Q Stylus a (aka LG Q Stylus Alpha), only one variant has made it to the Indian market. Notable features of the LG Q stylus+ include a 6.2-inch 18:9 aspect ratio display, octa-core processors, 4GB of RAM, 16-megapixel rear camera and more. The price and availability details in the country have also been announced by the South Korean company.

At the launch event of the LG Q Stylus+, the company announced that the device will be available in multiple variants in terms of storage and color options in due course of time. As of now, only the 4GB RAM variant of the LG Q Stylus+ with 54GB of inbuilt storage has been launched in India. It comes with a price tag of Rs 21,990 and will be available in three color options of Moroccan Blue, Aurora Black, and Lavender Violet. It will go on sale in the country on September 5.

Coming to the specifications, the LG Q Stylus+ sports a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core SoC clocked at 1.5GHz and coupled with 4GB RAM.

On the optics front, the LG Q Stylus+ features a 16-megapixel camera on the rear panel with a PDAF lens. On the front, it features an 8-megapixel sensor having a wide-angle lens for taking selfies and video calling.

It comes with 64GB of inbuilt storage space which can be further upgraded with the help of a micro-SD card up to a maximum of 2TB. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC and USB Type-C port. It is fueled by a 3,300mAh battery and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
