Intex Cloud 11 with LFTY feature launched at INR 4,699 on Amazon

Intex, the Indian tech company that has launched a slew of mobile phones in the country for the buyer on a budget, has launched a new smartphone. The Intex Cloud 11, which comes at a price of INR 4,699, has been launched exclusively on Amazon India.

About the smartphone’s launch, Gurbinder Sodhi, General Manager of Online Mobile Sales at Intex said: “At Intex, we continue to drive the smartphone market with innovative features. India being a value-driven market, the tech-savvy consumers seek more practical features, multitasking and better connectivity through smartphones.” The company seeks to meet these very parameters with the Cloud 11, which with its attractive price tag and competitive set of features, will be an attractive option for buyers during the oncoming festive season.

Intex Cloud 11 Specifications: The Intex Cloud 11 is a dual SIM offering that features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with a pixel resolution of 720 x 1280. It sports an 8 MP autofocus camera with dual-LED flash as its primary unit, along with a 5 MP front-facing secondary shooter. The device will be powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor clocked at 1.3GHz, coupled with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage (expandable up to 32 GB via MicroSD). The Intex Cloud 11 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and will be backed by a 2,800 mAh battery that claims to provide a talk-time of up to 8 hours and standby time of at least 14 days. Connectivity options on board the device include 3G (HSPA+), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, GPS/ A-GPS, along with a 3.5 mm audio jack. The smartphone will come with an array of sensors, including an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. The device measures 154×77.2×10.5 mm in dimensions and is reported to come in two colours- Blue and White.

The Intex Cloud 11  will come with a few nifty features, among which unique is the LFTY feature, which is a left screen functionality that aims to provide a convenient combination of multi-category content. “With Cloud Q11, we have given two unique features for the pervasive users – the 3D content functionality and our in-house VAS feature named LFTY, giving a whole new meaning to Left Screen. We are happy to launch this VR-enabled smartphone on Amazon.in for consumers and are confident of expanding our online reach,” said Sodhi.
