Moto e3 Power with 3500 mAh battery to be Launched in India today at Rs.6,999

Lenovo acquired Motorola is all set to launch the moto e3 Power in India later today. According to the company’s social media page, the launch is supposed to take place at 3PM in the afternoon today and there will be a special live-stream for the launch. Initially, the Moto e3 Power went on sale in Hong Kong earlier in August this year while the regular Moto e3 version of the phone was spotted on the company’s IFA booth in Berlin.

The Moto e3 Power has 5-inch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution with an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen and Gorilla Glass 3, a quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor clocked at 1.0GHz coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage (expandable storage up to 32GB via dedicated SD card slot). The device sports a Quad-core 1.0 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU , a Mali-T720MP2 GPU and runs on Android 6.0.1 marshmallow.

Camera Specifications:

The Moto e3 Power is not too impressive in terms of camera specifications offered considering that it is not a camera-focused smartphone. The device contains an 8MP autofocus camera with Geo-tagging, panorama, HDR features and a 5MP front shooter for Video calling purposes.

Battery Specifications:

The Moto e3 Power is a battery focused smartphone which comes with a Non-removable Li-Ion 3500 mAh battery which is a significant improvement in this aspect compared to the original Moto e3 which comprised of a 2800 mAh battery.

Connectivity features:

Connectivity features of the device include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, LE, FM Radio, microUSB v2.0, Accelerometer and proximity sensors.

How much will the phone cost and where will it be available?

The Moto e3 Power post its launch later today is slated to be available on all online E-commerce platforms and based on teasers from the company, the smartphone looks set to be a Flipkart exclusive. The new device will be available in a single black coloured variant and priced at nearly Rs.6,999.
