ZTE Launched Blade X Max with 6-inch HD Display at $149.99 in US

ZTE has added another feather to their coveted Blade series, as the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has launched the brand new ZTE Blade X Max handset in the USA on Thursday. The Blade X Max comes with a price tag of $149.99 (almost Rs. 9,600) and will be available for purchase online from Cricket Wireless and via major retail stores all over the country starting Friday.

If we talk about the features of the ZTE Blade X Max, the smartphone flaunts a mammoth 6-inch full-HD LCD display with the pixel resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. Under the hood, the ZTE Blade X Max is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Snapdragon 435 chipset clubbed with 2GB of RAM.

On the optics front, the latest model of the Blade series sports a 13-megapixel sensor on the rear side of the handset accompanied by LED flash. On the front side, the handset flaunts a 5-megapixel snapper. Moreover, this brand new smartphone also offers 32GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

The ZTE Blade X Max comes with all the modern day connectivity options including Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3.5mm headphone jack, 4G LTE, USB Type-C and Bluetooth 4.2. The smartphone is backed by a huge 3400mAh battery which comes with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 technology. The ZTE Blade X Max runs on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system and features a fingerprint sensor at the back of the handset for the security measures. The brand new handset measures 165.1×83.06×9.4mm and weighs only 196 grams.

At the unveiling event, Lixin Cheng, the executive vice president of the Shenzhen-based tech giant and the CEO of ZTE Mobile Devices commented, “The Blade series has been very successful overseas for the past eight years and we are excited to bring it to Cricket Wireless customers here in the US through the ZTE Blade X Max,” Later Cheng added, “Exemplifying what our affordable premium product strategy is, the ZTE Blade X Max pushes the envelope in terms of price and features without ever sacrificing quality,”
