Reliance LYF C459 Running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow Unveiled in India

Indian conglomerate, Reliance has reportedly launched a new Wind series smartphones. The company has expanded the Lyf smartphones portfolios by unveiling Reliance Lyf C459 in India. One of the biggest highlights of the mid-range smartphone is powered by Snapdragon processor.

Available in two color variants (Black and Blue), the new Lyf C459 smartphone has got delightful optical features. With a dynamic 5-megapixel auto-focus rear camera, the budget handset sports an LED flash as well. Alongside, Reliance Lyf C459 comes with a selfie shooter of 2 MP featuring Red Eye Reduction, Auto Frame Rate, Smile Detection, Panorama, Gaze detection and more. Weighing about 139 grams, owners can use certain features like Motion & Gesture: Flip to Mute feature, Slide down to open the camera, Lock Screen gestures for jump-starting apps, Music Player Control feature, and a lot more.

On the display aspect, the new LYF smartphone sports 4.5-inch FWVGA (480 x 854 pixels) screen alongside a 2D Asahi Glass protection. Under the hood, the new device is powered by quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 MSM8909 processor clocked at 1.3GHz and clubbed with Adreno 304 GPU. Reliance Lyf C459 comes with 1 GB of RAM and runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. The latest addition to the Wind series comes equipped with 8 GB of internal storage capacity by default which is further expandable to 128 GB through an SD card slot.

With the addition of connectivity features, the smartphone also includes Micro USB 2.0, 4G/LTE with VoLTE, Dual SIM, Wi-Fi Calling, GPS, and Bluetooth 4.0. Also, the new handset comes with a powerful battery of 2000 mAh Lithium-ion, rated to offer around 8 hours of talk time, up to 160 hours of standby time. The latest Reliance Lyf C459 has rolled out in India at Rs. 4,699 price tag. The budget device is available in all domestic Reliance Digital stores. So Indian fans can now get their hands on the brand-new smartphone.
