Ubisoft’s ‘Skull and Bones’ Might Not Roll Out on Nintendo Switch

Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag has highly inspired developers to adopt a full-fledged video game. Yes, until now gamers might have clues that it’s none other than, Ubisoft’s Skull and Bones. Built to be a nautical adventure, Ubisoft Singapore’s Skull and Bones is the upcoming pirate-themed naval warfare video game which possibly might not get unveiled for Nintendo Switch owners.

Creative director Justin Farren, unveiled that Skull and Bones will be a fusion of rich and beautiful world. And that’s the ultimate reason and Switch might not deliver the game as vividly as other consoles.”Our world is pretty rich in terms of the world that we’re bringing to life,” stated Farren from Ubisoft Singapore’s office by adding, “We haven’t really talked too much about the Switch, but if that becomes a reality then we would maximize the strengths of the Switch.”

Switch owners will be the unfortunate ones, as Skull and Bones is developed by creator Ubisoft Singapore has also worked as co-developers in contributing to noted Assassin’s Creed games. Farren also indicated that the upcoming game might be a possibility for Xbox One X owners releasing on November 7. With an inclusion of an 18th-century setting, the adventure will unveil in PC as well. That’s what we can note from Farren’s speech, “There’s not too much I can say about any specific console, but I will say that we’re targeting [PC and consoles]—every bit of the technical team is focused on making sure we maximise the strength of the consoles we’re targeting.”

While the focus is entirely on multiplayer aspects, gaming enthusiasts who prefer to go solo have been worried about receiving the game without an inclusion of single player feature. But overall the upcoming game has impressed the players. Announced in June at E3, Skull and Bones will take the players on a journey to sink their enemies in the Indian Ocean. But there’s definitely a lot to get unfolded with time, as Skull and Bones will set to sail in the second half of 2018.
