Amidst swirling rumors, LG V30 has been the limelight of every anticipation. Ever since LG announced about the manufacturing of the much-talked about device, rumors and news were offered to LG fans envisioning about what might come with the handset. And it is not the first time that LG V30 is in the news to appear with a larger aperture. Now it’s no more a rumor and all thanks to the South Korean tech conglomerate who has confirmed in a press conference about the beast to feature a larger aperture of f/1.6.
Optics technology is significantly an integral part of all high-end smartphones. With a larger aperture offered by LG with its next generation ‘V’ series flagship, fans would get receive 25 per cent more light to the sensor. One of the dual camera set up will feature the large aperture while another will sport a wide-angle lens. Moreover, for better color reproduction, the tech giant will introduce a glass crystal lens in the V30 smartphone. The updated aperture feature will undoubtedly make LG V30 a powerhouse in terms of camera department.
President of LG Electronics Mobile Communication, Juno Cho reported, “LG boasts an unrivaled heritage in smartphone photography and our decision to adopt glass in the V30 camera is specifically because this has traditionally been the realm of DSLRs.” For photography enthusiasts, this is much of a good news, as earlier Samsung’s S8 was the only variant to feature a larger aperture of f/1.7. Apparently, the S8 variant of Samsung rolled out with the largest aperture until LG appeared in news, breaking S8’s consistency and thus confirming LG V30 to unveil with even a larger aperture than the Samsung S8.
The flagship smartphone is scheduled to debut on August 31, and it is likely to note that LG V30 will quietly impress fans as well as critics. But we are still ahead of a couple of days, but the wait is not too long.
