YotaPhone 3 is Launched Sporting 5.5-inch Display

Russian smartphone manufacturer has finally announced its YotaPhone 3 for the Chinese as well as Asian markets. Earlier the smartphone had showcased in China-Russia exhibition which held in Harbin in June. The successor to the YotaPhone 2 has finally been announced by the company, thereby unfolding all the details about the smartphone.

In terms of imaging, the YotaPhone 3 flaunts a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. At the rear panel, one can see the device to be flanked with USP of a 5.2-inch secondary e-ink display producing a resolution of 720 x 1,280 pixels.

The new Yota handset is powered by Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 clocked at 2.0 GHz chipset, under the hood. The Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS based smartphone comes with a powerful non-removable Li-Ion 3200 mAh battery alongside features USB-C port. The mid-range smartphone sports a whopping RAM of 4 GB with an internal storage capacity of 64 or 128 GB.

On the optics front, YotaPhone 3 comes with a primary camera of 13 MP alongside a  dual-LED (dual tone) flash. Whereas, the secondary camera flaunts a 12 MP selfie shooter. Other features also include touch focus, geo-tagging, panorama, face detection and more. The smartphone also sports a fingerprint sensor embedded in the front panel. Other sensors included are proximity, accelerometer, compass, and more. The budget smartphone is available in available in the Black color variant.

YotaPhone 3 (or YOTA3) Price

YotaPhone 3 is available in two variants in terms of storage specification. The one sporting 64 GB is available with a price tag of 2,398 Yuan (~$360). Whereas, the other one with 128 GB of native storage debuts with a price of  3,098 Yuan (~$465). While the budget range smartphone has made its debut, its sale will begin from September 5. But the actual sale of the smartphone will begin from the 18th of September and later on will hit the offline market stores. But we are still unsure when the smartphone will arrive for Indian fans. So we need to wait for more updates.
