Vivo Y69 Receives a Price Cut of Rs. 1,000, Now Available at Just Rs. 13,990

The latest news that we have come across points out Vivo’s recently launched Y69 device. And if this is what anything would eager to go by, the Vivo Y69 has received a price cut. Earlier we have seen how the company implemented the signature Moonlight Selfie effect in the smartphone and thus made it available at Rs. 14,990 via Flipkart, Amazon and other offline stores from the month of September last year. Now, the device’s cost has been slashed down and is now available at Rs. 13,990.

Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom via the Twitter handle has shared that the Vivo Y69 will be available at a price cut of Rs. 1,000, reports Gizbot. Nevertheless, we are yet ahead of any confirmation from the company when it comes to the price cut on the Vivo Y69. The notable thing that we witnessed earlier was that the device was made available in two color options: Matte Black and Champagne Gold.

To recall, the Vivo Y69 bears a 5.5-inch HD 720p IPS display with a screen resolution of 720×1280 pixels. Shielding this Vivo device, there’s the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Underneath, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6570 chipset clocked at 1.5GHz. The chipset is further paired with 3GB of RAM. Vivo Y69 houses a native storage of 32 GB which is further expandable up to 256 GB.

On the optics front, the Vivo Y69 sports a 16-megapixel front camera with an aperture of f/2.0 alongside also comes with  Samsung S5K3P3ST sensor, Moonlight Glowlight, and camera modes such as Bokeh, Live Photo, Group Selfie and the likes. On the rear end, there’s a 13-megapixel snapper accompanied by an aperture of f/2.2, dual-LED flash, and Samsung S5K3L8 sensor.

Connectivity options also include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm audio jack. On the software front, the Vivo Y69 runs the Android 7.0 Nougat OS along with the company’s in-house Funtouch OS 3.2 skinned on top of it. There’s a fingerprint scanner right on its Home button which also is accompanied by the proximity sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and digital compass. The device measures 154.6×75.7×7.7mm alongside weighs only 162.8 grams.
