HP Spectre x360 Laptop Launched in India at a Price of Rs 1,15,290

HP has launched a new model in its Spectre range of laptops dubbed as x360 in India. The new laptop model is available in two variants with Intel Core i7 and Core i5 processors. The Core i7 variant is available at a price of Rs 1,57,290 while the core i5 variant is priced at Rs 1,15,290 only.

The above models are available across all HP retail outlets across the country and also through the official website of HP in India. It is likely to be made available through ecommerce sites like Amazon India and Flipkart shortly.

“The newest Spectre laptops further demonstrate our endeavor to find exciting ways to drive momentum in the premium PC market,” Vickram Bedi, Senior Director- Personal Systems, HP Inc. India said at the launch event.

The device weighs just 1.26kg and is one of the thinnest laptops available on the market right now. It boasts a machined shiny aluminum body and is available in dark ash silver color variant. It features a 13.3-inch full-HD display panel with very thin bezels at the sides. It is further protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass cover on top of the screen.

The laptop is powered by an 8th generation Intel quad-core processor in an angular design and is backed up by 16GB of RAM support. HP has added a fingerprint sensor and has also incorporated the “SureView” technology to eliminate visual hacking of the device and improve security. It also enables a user to login with facial recognition using the inbuilt “Wide Vision FHD Infrared Camera”

Earlier in the month of February, the company also launched a slew of devices, displays and accessories for the modern generation. The products include new models in HP Elitebook 800 G5 series and ZBook series, four new 4K Ultra HD displays, and the Thunderbolt Dock G2. The new laptops also feature Windows 10, better cameras, optional fingerprint scanners, and Windows Hello support for faster and more secure logins.

“Our latest EliteBook and ZBook offerings set new standards for design, performance, and functionality. Whether it’s the world’s thinnest devices or the industry’s most robust security features, HP is redefining the commercial PC experience for the modern workforce,” said Alex Cho, vice president and general manager, Commercial PCs, HP Inc.
