Meizu E3 Leaked Image Reveals Dual Rear Camera Module And Ring Flash

Meizu is reportedly working on a new smartphone which is deemed to become the successor of Meizu E2 which was launched in China last year.  It may be named Meizu E3, and an image of the new device has been leaked on the Chinese social networking site Weibo. The image has revealed that the device could feature a dual rear camera setup.

The leaked image only shows the back of the phone in gold color with dual rear camera module and a ring flash just below the setup. The device is also likely to feature a metal unibody premium design, but nothing about the hardware specifications has been revealed so far. The image however shows two antenna stripes near the top and bottom edges of the device.

If the latest rumors about the device are to be believed, the Meizu E3 may come with bezel-less display screen with an aspect ratio of 18:9. It may also feature a finger-print sensor which may be placed on the right side below the volume key and the home button. Meizu may follow the same trend like last year, when they launched the E2, and the new device may be expected in April this year.

To recall, the Meizu E2 features a 5.5-inch full HD 2.5D curved glass display screen with 1920 X 1080 pixel resolution. It is powered by 2.35 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 processor and is available in two variants of 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage space and 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage memory. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow version with Flyme OS 6.0 support. It is powered by a 3400 mAh battery with fast charging support. The device also boasts a finger-print scanner which is embedded on its home button.

Coming to the camera department, the Meizu E3 features a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a front facing camera of 8 megapixel  for video calling and selfies. The phone also supports dual-SIM, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1 and micro-SD card support.
