Along with the data benefits, the plan also offers unlimited local/STD and roaming calls to any network in India and 100 text messages (SMS) per day. Airtel also recently launched a Rs499 prepaid plan to offer 164GB of data for 82 days.

As per a TelecomTalk report, the new plan of Idea comes with a daily cap of 2GB data. Once the quota is exhausted, users will be charged at 4paise per 10kb of data. The plan also comes with unlimited voice calling benefits, although there is a daily cap of 250 outgoing minutes with a maximum of 1000 minutes over a 7 day period. In addition, the plan also offers 100SMS messages per day. Upon completion of the daily quota, users will be charged at Re 1 per local SMS and Rs 1.5 for every national SMS sent.

To recall, Airtel also recently launched a Rs 499 pack that comes with a validity of 82 days. The plan offers 2GB of daily data over the entire 82 day period along with unlimited local/STD and roaming calls to any network and 100SMS messages per day. Airtel has also launched a Rs 558 prepaid plan last month that offers 246GB of data with a validity of 82 days. The plan also includes unlimited voice calling benefits along with 100SMS messages per day.
