Some press renders of the Moto Z3 Play that is scheduled to be unveiled on June 6 have been leaked online. The leaked renders have revealed the design elements of the upcoming device that is expected to become the successor to the Moto Z2 Play launched last year.
The leaked press renders of the Moto Z3 Play was first spotted by WinFuture.de and they have shared the images on their site. As per the renders, the smartphone may feature a dual rear camera setup with very thin bezels on the sides. As per reports, the dual camera module may include two 12-megapixel sensors accompanied by an LED flash. However, the smartphone is not expected to sport a notch on the front display panel.
Also, the location of the fingerprint sensor seems to have been moved to the power/lock button. To recall, the fingerprint scanner was embedded on the front Home button of the Moto Z2 Play. The renders also indicate the presence of a Pogo pin connector on the rear panel of the Moto Z3 Play. The Pogo pin is used for Moto Mods connectivity. Overall, the upcoming smartphone is quite similar to its predecessor in terms of the design elements.
Talking about the specifications, the Moto Z3 Play is claimed to sport a 6-inch full HD+ display screen with a resolution of 1080 X 2160 pixels. It is likely to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core 1.8GHz processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and two internal storage variants of 32GB and 64GB. The smartphone is expected to come with an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies. It will be powered by a 3,200mAh battery under the hood that will come with fast charging facility and Motorola TurboPower charger for faster charging.
Connectivity options in the smartphone may include 4G LTE, dual-SIM, Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack.
