Today’s new day arrives with another news. and if at all the reports are anything to go by, one may expect another Nokia smartphone in India. HMD Global has recently sent out press invites for an event scheduled to occur in India on October 31. Going with the leak, we have earlier reported on Nokia 7’s alleged sketch (ahead of its launch) that got official in China on October 19. Keeping that in mind, India may get the chance to receive Nokia 7 at the October 31 event.
Now how do we get to know whether it’s Nokia 7 or any other smartphone to get unveiled in the Indian markets at the launch event? According to the report that GizBot received from HMD Global, “HMD Global invites you to an exclusive gathering to unveil the next milestone of Nokia Phones.” For fans, the “next milestone of Nokia phones” is definitely a thing to wonder. As we already know Nokia 7 is announced in the Chinese markets, we expect the upcoming event to be a global announcement from the company. However, Nokia 7 is not the only handset that we can take a stab for the Indian release. We have two more much-awaited smartphones- the Nokia 2 and the Nokia 9 that may take part to get unveiled at the launch event.
If the smartphone turns out to be Nokia 7, one may expect the beast to come with a 5.5-inches Full HD display alongside a fingerprint sensor. It houses a 2.2 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 630 14nm along with Adreno 508 GPU. On the optics front, Nokia 7 sports a 16MP rear camera alongside dual-tone LED flash. The selfie shooter comes with a 5 MP camera offering an aperture of f/2.0. Other features also include Bluetooth 5, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), USB Type-C and GPS. As of now, no confirmation has been revealed, until then stay glued for further news.
