Lenovo K4 Note is all set to release with 3GB RAM on 5th of January

The Chinese technological conglomerate Lenovo is all set to launch their latest phablet, K4 Note in India on 5th of January, 2016. Lenovo posted a teaser in Twitter today confirming the news and also sent invites for the launch event of the phone. The previous version of this smartphone, Lenovo K3 Note has been a massive hit and hopefully this phablet will also follow its predecessor’s path in terms of gaining fame and popularity. The company was teasing the handset on various social for quite a some time now finally today they confirmed the name of the device, the releasing date and exactly how much RAM the smartphone will ship with.

Unlike the Lenovo K3 Note, K4 note will be packed with 3 GB of RAM where as the previous version comes with only 2GB RAM. So it is a major improvement company has worked on. Also according to some sources working closely with the company hinted that Lenovo K4 Note might sport a fingerprint sensor and would come with a full metal body. Both the features are absent in the present K3 Note model. So it is sure that the Chinese company is trying to replicate the success they achieve from the K3 Note smartphone and is trying to invent a well-specced handset with an affordable price.

As I said earlier Lenovo K3 Note has been a gala hit and the numbers are also depicting the same.The company has sold over 1.2 million units of the K3 Note in India in December only. K3 Note was launched in India in June 2015 at a price point of Rs. 9,999. To recollect your memories, the K3 Note sports a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution. The phablet is powered by MediaTek’s MT6752 processor clocked at 1.7GHz octa-core and coupled with 2GB of RAM. If we talk about the storage capacity, the handset bears 16GB of inbuilt memory which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card.

K3 Note also falunts a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing snapper for taking selfies. The phone is powered by a 2900mAh removable battery and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. This dual-SIM enabled phablet offers support for 4G LTE(both Band 30 and Band 40), 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS , Bluetooth and other standard connectivity features.
