NBA 2K17- Gameplay Features

The upcoming game is expected to carry on the legacy of the series alongside improving upon the gaming experience that NBA 2K16 had provided. The previous games in the series had included a number of modes to make the game a more personalised experience and NBA 2K17 will be no different. Among the modes that the new gam,e will feature are MyCareer, where users will be able to personalise a player to their liking and play as him through their career, MyTeam, where users will be tasked with creating an entire team from the ground up to compete.  The MyGM and MyLeague game modes, which are being brought back by the franchise, have the gamer being in charge of all of the basketball operations concerning a specific team. The player can include up to 36 teams to start playing any of these two modes.

However, there were certain features of NBS 2K16 that players were not satisfied with, and while apprehensions soar about how they might fare this time around, it looks like the developers are taking the gameplay improvement rather seriously. So in NBA 2K17, one of the major boosts that have been confirmed is an improved Face Scan feature. In the last two instalments of the series Face Scan was introduced in 2K15), the feature was sketchy at best, but with the upcoming instalment, the Face Scan is supposed to be better than ever. This possibly means that we can expect the scanning process to take a lot faster than before with more accurate depiction of the face being scanned for a created player.

A few more reveals have been made by the developers, which have given fans a look at the teams that will be featured in NBA 2K17. Going by a few screenshots released by 2K Sports, the upcoming game will feature the 2016 Olympic Team for the USA, along with the Team USA coach for the year, Mike Krzyzewski. Another screenshot represents the Dream Team USA from 1992, which is being offered as a bonus expansion for pre-orders of the game. The Dream Team features such legends as Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Charles Barkley, and Christian Laettner, with this being the first time that Barkley and Laettner have been included in an NBA 2K game. Teams from EuroLeague will also be included.
