This year marks the 10th anniversary of Apple’s iPhone and while we are looking forward to the launch of the new iPhone in September, a new model of iPhone SE seems to have emerged online giving rise to speculations that Apple will be launching the iPhone SE (2017) year. By the looks of it, the new model has a handful of things to look forward to. Apple iPhone SE (2017) leaks The image first appeared on the Chinese social networking site Weibo, which leads us to believe that the handset might be rolled out at the upcoming WWDC 2017 developer event in June. Now as to the features the iPhone SE (2017) seems to reveal, one of the most impressive two features we managed to notice is the glass back panel. It leads us to believe that the handset could be coming with an all new wireless charging technology. We can also see a new vertical camera on the top with a flashlight, not on the side but on the bottom of the camera. Apple iPhone SE (2017) leaks There isn’t much information surrounding the new model of iPhone SE (2017) which goes to say that we can’t validate the leaks, besides the leaks call to mind some of the leaks of the supposedly upcoming iPhone 7S and iPhone 7S Plus that are also supposed to come with glass backs. The new could very well be that of the iPhone 7S instead of iPhone SE, I supposed we’ll have to wait for more leaks to emerge. It’s worth noting that the Apple iPhone SE smartphone was launched in March 2016. The smartphone sports a 4.00-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 640 pixels by 1136 pixels that comes at a PPI of 326 pixels per inch. The handset comes with a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that, like all other Apple handset, cannot be expanded. On the front of the optics, the handset seems to come pack with 12-megapixel primary camera that comes in the rear, a 1.2-megapixel front camera for taking selfies. Apple iPhone SE smartphone measures 123.80 x 58.60 x 7.66, weigh 113.00 grams, and runs iOS 9.3. The device is a single SIM (GSM) smartphone that accepts a Nano-SIM.
