OnePlus 6 May Sport a Fingerprint Scanner Beneath Display: Renders Suggest

Rumors are all rife, while some indicate the successor to OnePlus 5, the OnePlus 5T will come shortly, other reports suggest that there would not be a OnePlus 5T, instead, OnePlus 6 will arrive with bells and whistles. All these while we have not stopped reporting on both the devices. We have this report which clearly indicates OnePlus 6 to hit the market shelves anytime soon. On contrary, the other report (as mentioned here) opposes to the former one, indicating OnePlus 5T to be en route to debut the tech industry. The new report surrounding OnePlus 6 renders, reveals some interesting features of the smartphone.

The New Renders Leaked of OnePlus 6

From the leaked renders that look as authentic as official, it clearly suggests the smartphone to sport an extended display alongside minuscule bezels. It will also feature an aspect ratio of 18:9 along with an FHD+ screen resolution in order to keep the price tag affordable. At the top bezels in front, there’s the camera setup. The exclusion of a fingerprint reader supposedly anticipates that it may be embedded beneath the display. Going with the tradition, if OnePlus follows the pattern of Summertime release pattern, OnePlus 6 will reportedly come with a fingerprint sensor. In the design language, the smartphone features a metal back. While it is quite anticipated by fans, the rear panel looks polished yet sleek.

As per possibilities, OnePlus 6 on board, will have a 5.5-inch Quad HD AMOLED full-screen display. On the optics front, the rear cameras will have 25-megapixel sensors with dual LED flash placed in between two cameras. Other possibilities also denote that OnePlus will bring an IP68 rating feature with its upcoming device since none of the existing OnePlus devices don’t feature dust and water-resistant body. We also expect the handset to run Android 8.0 Oreo along with that, it may sport a mammoth 4,000mAh battery, as per the powerhouse. More news shall arrive in the near future.
