Needless to say, Honor has been one of those promising brands in the smartphone universe, and with its upcoming Honor 9 Lite device, the tech world will receive another excellent device. We already know the fact that Honor is scheduled to launch a new smartphone on December 13 in the Chinese markets. However, this does not shed lights on the unknown smartphone’s name. Believed to be the upcoming Honor 9 Lite device, Honor is expected to launch this trimmed down version of the Honor 9 on the launch event slated for December 13.
As a matter of fact, Huawei recently has joined the bandwagon of the full-screen display with the Mate 10 series, Honor V10, and the Nova 2s. The tech giant is now believed to bring its Honor 9 Lite alongside the Enjoy 7s with a similar full-screen design. While just before a couple of hours we reported on the Enjoy 7s leaked with live images, the latest news indicate all possible key specs to come with the upcoming Honor 9 Lite.
The sketchy details of Honor 9 Lite reportedly indicate that the phone will feature a 5.65-inch 18:9 full-screen display alongside a screen resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. Under the hood, the smartphone will house the Hisilicon Kirin 659 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 3GB of RAM for both the variants. As per memory, the phone will come with 64GB and 32GB of native storage respective to the aforementioned RAM specs.
On the optics front, Honor‘s 9 Lite will feature a dual camera module with 13MP and 20MP sensors. According to the launch invitation of the smartphone, the Honor 9 Lite is believed to have four cameras, so one may expect a dual front camera module. Powering the device, there’s a 3,000mAh battery capacity.
In terms of pricing, while the 4GB of RAM + 64GB storage model is pegged with 1,299 Yuan price tag, the variant with 3GB of RAM + 32GB of native storage will be priced at 1599 Yuan.
