Oppo A73 Launched With Fantastic Display, 16MP Selfie Camera

Oppo, which prides itself on being one of those mobile device manufacturers who believe in making the selfie-taking experience that much better, has just launched the new Oppo A73, which has a 6-inch screen and a huge selfie camera. We had recently spotted the same device on TENAA. As of now, this phone will only be available in China while the price tag has been set at 1699 Yuan (approximately Rs 16,500). Available color options will be Black and Gold.

This is a part of the Oppo A series and the Oppo A71 has launched in India a few weeks ago.

Oppo A73 Specs and Features

The new Oppo A73 may arrive as a rival to the Vivo Y75 which was announced just today. It also has a 6-inch touchscreen which boasts a newly developed FHD+ (2160×1080 pixels) resolution that has an aspect ratio of 18:9, in line with current trends. At the heart of the device is the MediaTek Helio P23 octa-core chipset.

As far as the imaging and the camera capacities are concerned, we have a 13-megapixel rear camera that is armed with an LED flash, as well as a f/2.2 lens. As far as the selfies are concerned, there is onboard a 16-megapixel front camera that has a f/2.0 aperture.

The Oppo A73 has a 3200 mAh battery that has innate support for the proprietary fast charging technology. Also onboard is 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal/native storage; the latter can also be expanded to up to 128GB via a micro sd card. Armed with the company’s proprietary ColorOS 3.2, which is also based on the Android 7.1 Nougat, this phone is likely to be lag-free. Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 4G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. This Oppo device has measurements of 156.5 x 76.0 x 7.5mm and weighs a mere 152 grams.
