Moto X4 6GB RAM Variant Launched in India at Rs. 24,999, Sale Debuts February 1

When famous tipsters offer certain anticipations and envision, things get sorted out as to how one would predict the upcoming device more evidently. The same thing happened when Evan Blass leaked a post concerning Moto X5, the alleged successor to the already launched Moto X4. And in the tech universe where leaks indicate Moto X5 under development, the only reason we drag our discussion to its predecessor is due to the launch of its brand new variant. Sorting out things more vividly, the anticipated Moto X4 6GB RAM Variant has now launched in the Indian markets, albeit two days ahead of the scheduled date.

When concerning our previous reports, we had pointed out that Moto X4’s new variant was set to debut on February 1. Nevertheless, it seems that the company couldn’t hold its horses and hence the device has been made official in India today. The latest report suggests that the 6GB RAM variant of Motorola’s Moto X4 will go on sale from February 1. The Moto X4 6GB RAM Variant comes with a price tag of Rs. 24,999, that takes it to convert roughly to $393.

Moto X4’s 6GB RAM Variant Launched in India

The Motorola device comes pre-installed with the Android Oreo operating system out of the box. To recall, the Moto X4 bears a 5.2-inch LTS IPS Full HD display and supports a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels besides a pixel density of 424ppi. Protecting the device, there’s a layer of Corning Gorilla glass on top. The new Moto X4 device houses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 (an octa-core processor) which is clocked at 2.2GHz, under its hood. The processor is coupled with either 3GB RAM + 32GB native storage or 4GB RAM + 64GB native storage.

In the camera department, the new Moto X4 6GB RAM Variant features a dual rear camera module at its back which measures a 12-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel secondary camera sensor with f/2.0 aperture and f/2.2 aperture respectively. And the dual lenses are coupled with phase detection autofocus (PDAF) feature, dual-LED flash, 4K video shooting features and more.

Aside from Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, other connectivity options also include 4G VoLTE, NFC, USB Type-C port, GPS, GLONASS, and a dual SIM card support. An IP68 certified phone, the Moto X4 is protected from damage by water as well as dust. Powering the device, there’s a 3,000mAh battery which also supports fast charging technology.
