Through the YouTube video, we can clearly have the first look at the Samsung Galaxy S9 official case where it clearly shows the initial batch of Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ cases. The cases are also called S-View standing covers, reports Gizbot. Similar to the predecessors, the cases are said to come with no change in the overall functionality as well as the look. Nevertheless, the cases indicate some interesting features!
The cases confirming the devices names seem to fit the Galaxy S8 and S8+ which means that the dimensions of these forthcoming smartphones will apparently be similar to each other. The cutouts in the case also confirm the camera setup as well as the fingerprint placement. The sticker in the case points out the launch date and suggests that the upcoming smartphones will get launched on February 25. Through the commenter, the cases will be offered in the traditional colors with a new addition dubbed the Purple variant. Since the case will have a purple color variant, there are possibilities that Samsung Galaxy S duo might get launched in Burgundy or purple color version in future.
At the Unpacked event on February 25 (alongside the MWC 2019), Samsung will unveil both the devices. Excitements are getting higher with each passing day as we are just a couple of days ahead of the launch of Samsung’s upcoming flagships. To recall, earlier Samsung Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+ was leaked to feature an enhanced iris scanner, fingerprint sensor right below the primary camera. The devices will be powered by either an octa-core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 SoC or Samsung‘s in-house Exynos 9810 SoC. On the software front, the devices will run the Android 8.0 Oreo operating system, out-of-the-box.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 is expected to feature a 5.77-inch display, on contrary, the Galaxy S9 with a larger 6.22-inch screen will get unveiled.
