A new demo video of the alleged Samsung Galaxy A6 has appeared online to give us a complete first look at the upcoming device. South Korean tech giant Samsung is tipped to launch the Galaxy A6 and the Galaxy A6+ flagship devices this year. In the past few weeks, we have already seen some leaks of the upcoming devices revealing the specifications. Both the devices were also spotted on the official company website a couple of weeks ago.
Apparently, the Galaxy A6 comes with specifications that are very similar to the recently launched Samsung Galaxy S9. As per the demo video, which has been shot in Vietnamese and speculated to have been recorded by Samsung Vietnam gives us a good look at the upcoming device.
The video indicates that the Samsung Galaxy A6 will sport a 5.6-inch HD+ AMOLED display. It also shows a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/1.7 aperture and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with a f/1.9 aperture for taking selfies. Both the cameras are supported by an LED flash while the one on the front also features intensity adjustment function.
Also, the demo video confirms previous reports that claimed that the upcoming flagship device will sport Infinity Display screen. The video, however, does not provide any information about the internal hardware of the smartphones. As per earlier reports, the device is expected to be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos octa-core 7870 processor with 3GB of RAM support and 32GB of inbuilt storage.
Coming to the premium Samsung Galaxy A6+, it is expected to arrive with a larger 6-inch HD+ Infinity Display screen. It may be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage space. The Galaxy A6+ may also feature a dual rear camera setup with LED flash and a single selfie camera on the front with LED flash. These specifications are however not from confirmed sources so should be treated with a pinch of salt.
