Google is set to launch its upcoming range of Pixel devices dubbed as Google Pixel 3 and the larger Google Pixel 3 XL on October 9. It has scheduled a launch event on that day and has already sent press invites for the same. Now with just a few days to go, new renders which appear to be a part of the marketing material of the Pixel devices has appeared online. The renders show the presence of a display notch on the Google Pixel 3 XL while the Pixel 3 features a standard thin bezel display.
The leaked renders also show the Black and White color variants of the two smartphones. A wallpaper can also be clearly seen with the numeral “3” in grey color on it. Further, two front facing cameras can be also seen on the Google Pixel 3 XL as well the smaller Google Pixel 3.
The renders have been leaked by a site named WinFuture.de. The renders clearly show the Black and White color variants of the Google Pixel 3 range of devices. Notably, a Blue color variant and a Mint Green variant of the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL was also leaked earlier.
As per rumors, the Google Pixel 3 XL is expected to sport a 6.2-inch QHD+ display while the Google Pixel 3 will feature a smaller 5.5-inch QHD+ display panel. Apart from that, the Pixel 3 XL will also feature a display notch while the smaller Pixel 3 will feature a standard display panel.
The Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are also expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC along with Adreno 630 GPU and at least 4GB of RAM. The smartphones are likely to run on Android 9 Pie out of the box and also feature enhanced camera units than its predecessors.
For now, we will have to wait till October 9 to know the exact specifications and pricing details of the two devices. However, more information about the two devices is expected to be revealed in the coming days.
