In a world where smartphones are pretty manageable to cope up with high-end technology, the only reason why one prefers to go for the feature phones is nostalgia. HMD Global, the manufacturers of the revamped Nokia phones has burnt the candle from both the sides and finally, unveiled the highly anticipated 4G feature phone, the Nokia 3310 4G. Available through China Mobile, the 4G version of the previously launched Nokia 3310 runs YunOS and bears few advanced features including Wi-Fi Hotspot and Wi-Fi.
Nokia 3310 4G Key Specs and Features
The design aesthetic of the newly launched Nokia 3310 4G is quite similar to the Nokia 3310, which was unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) tech exhibition in February 2017. The phone weighs around 88.1 grams and measures 117 x 52.4 x 13.35 mm. This Nokia 3310 4G is somewhat taller and thicker when compared to the last year’s version of the feature phone. The Nokia 3310 4G supports a single micro-SIM card and features a 2.4-inch display along with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. On the display, there’s a polarizing film placed which gives the allowance to users to view the contents of the screen evidently in even direct sunlight.
The phone supports internal storage choices of either 256 MB or 512 MB. Also, it sports a dedicated microSD card slot. For balanced photography, the Nokia 3310 4G comes with a LED-equipped 2-megapixel shooter on the rear panel of this Nokia handset. Besides Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0, other connectivity options also include 4G VoLTE, micro USB, and a dedicated 3.5mm audio jack. Powering the handset, there’s a 1,200mAh battery which also offers 12 days of standby time on 4G VoLTE and 5 hours of talk time on 4G VoLTE.
Nokia 3310 4G Price and Availability
In terms of availability, the previously launched Nokia 3310 was made available in two color variants: Fresh Blue and Dark Black. So for the 4G version, one can expect availability of more color options. The Nokia 3310 4G has been listed on the official Nokia Mobile website (the Chinese edition), reports GizmoChina. And as per expectations, it will soon be available through the China Mobile stores in its home country. There are possibilities for HMD Global to announce the Nokia 3310 4G at the MWC 2018 in the coming month globally.
