HTC has finally launched their latest flagship device HTC One A9 in the country. The company launched One A9 along with HTC Desire 828, which is cheaper as compared to the A9. As of now neither the pricing nor the date of sale has been revealed but it is said that the device may go on sale in December.
The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and that makes this device the first non-Google device to ship with Marshmallow out of the box, it also comes with Sense UI 7.0 on the top. As of now only the 32GB variant of the device is launched but the company said that it may even bring the 16GB version in the market.
The device comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory which can be further extended up to 2TB. The device also comes with a Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz and is built on the 64-bit architecture. It even comes with the Snapdragon quick-charge 2.0 and will even support the quick-charge 3.0 in future. With the quick-charge 2.0 the device can be charged up to 75% within 30 minutes. It has to be kept in mind that the charger which is supplied with the device is not the Quick Charger.
The device packs a 5-inch FHD display with 2.5D curved glass and corning gorilla glass 4 on the top. The display also comes with a technology which allows it to produce bright colors even in harsh sunlight.
A9 is equipped with a 13MP camera on the back and comes with OIS. It even allows the user to click images in RAW as well as JPEG format. The company calls this device as a ultra-selfie phone as it comes with a 4MP ultrapixel camera on the front which captures 300% more light as compared to a conventional camera.
The device supports LTE and also comes with a fingerprint sensor. HTC One A9 is juiced by a 2150mAh battery which according to the company can run throughout a day.
