Intex Cloud Jewel was launched in India priced at Rs. 5,999. From 28th March onward, the device will be available exclusively on Snapdeal. During the launch Intex stressed that the Cloud Jewel is perfect for people who are looking for 4G experience. The smartphone comes in black and white colour variants.
In terms of features, Intex Cloud Jewel features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 720 by 1280 pixels and with a pixel density of 294ppi. The device runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek SoC. The handset comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. As far as the camera is concerned, the device sports a 8MP rear autofocus camera and a 2MP front-facing camera.

Talking of connectivity, the Intex Cloud Jewel includes options like Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3G (HSPA+), GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB 2.0 and a 3.5mm audio jack. Now, speaking of 4G facility, the device is compatible with 4G connectivity and with Indian LTE bands. But one must know that one can use 4G only on one SIM at a time.
The handset is supported by a 2500mAh battery. Measuring 143.5×71.4×8.95mm, the smartphone weighs 140 grams. It also comes with pre-loaded apps like i-store, Matrabhasha, OLX, Intex Service, Opera Mini and other useful features like accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor.
