The Indian tech supergiant iBall has launched the brand new 4G variant of the already popular tablet iBall Slide Brace-X1 in India on Wednesday. The 4G supported iBall Slide Brace-X1 is now available at all the leading retail stores all over the country and is priced at Rs. 17,499.
The original version of the iBall Slide Brace-X1was launched in back in February last year with a price tag of Rs. 17,999. Apart from the inclusion of 4G support, the new model has also gone through some major changes, particularly in the camera and OS aspect. The recently launched iBall Slide Brace-X1 4G version is only available in Gold colour.
iBall Slide Brace-X1 4G Features
If we talk about the iBall Slide Brace-X1 4G specs, the tablet flaunts a 10.1-inch capacitive multi-touch IPS display with the 1280×800 pixel resolution, just like its predecessor. Also just like the previous version, this tablet too comes with a kickstand for propping it up on a table anywhere.
The iBall Slide Brace-X1 4G is powered by a 1.3GHz octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and MaliT720 GPU. Moreover, the device includes 16GB of inbuilt storage which is further expandable up to 64 GB with the help of a microSD card.
This brand new tablet houses a 7800mAh battery and according to the company claim, it is rated to last up to 24 hours without recharge. On the camera front, the iBall Slide Brace-X1 4G boast of an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and LED flash feature; also a 5-megapixel front camera is included in the tablet to click better selfies. The tablet runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box.
If we talk about the connectivity options, the iBall Slide Brace-X1 4G comes with VoLTE, 4G, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, OTG and voice calling support. To deliver a “theatrical experience” the company has put into dual chambered speakers in the tablet.
The iBall Slide Brace-X1 4G comes preloaded with various utility apps such as Facebook, WhatsApp and Saavn, as well as many Microsoft Office apps like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. The tablet also includes plenty of GameLoft games and Bubble Bash 3, Asphalt Nitro, Modern Combat 4 Zero Hour, Midnight Pool, and Spider-Ultimate Power are few of them. The iBall Slide Brace-X1 4G supports 21 regional languages too.
