LG K Series: LG K10, K8, K4 and K3 Set to Come With Upgraded Camera

LG is back in the mix courtesy to the low-ranged K series smartphones which are reportedly going to be unveiled at the CES 2017. Before the smartphones are revealed in the upcoming event, let’s take a look at what the features of the device are going to be. It is believed that LG is going to come up with four budget smartphones in the K series.

Among all the smartphones that are going to feature in the LG K series, the best is definitely going to be the LG K10. But without any discretion, all the smartphones are expected to come with better camera features and will run on an Android 7.0 Nougat operating system which is quite incredible if we take into consideration the fact that these smartphones are all expected to have a lower price tag.

The LG K10 is reportedly going to be available on the market in three different colours – black, titan and gold. The smartphone will come out with a 5.3-inch IPS screen which will support a display resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels coupled with a 2 GB RAM. The internal storage of the device is going to be of 32 GB alongside a dedicated MicroSD card slot. The device will run on an Android 7.0 Nougat operating system as mentioned above and have a MediaTek MT6570 octa-core processor. The LG K10 is going to be backed up by a 2,800 mAh battery which is sufficient for a device which is packed with mid-range hardware and software.

Like the LG K10, the LG K8 will also have Android 7.0 Nougat as its operating system

The primary difference between the LG K10 and the LG K8 is going to be on the display screen. The LG K8 will have a 5-inch screen but will have support for a display resolution of 1208 x 720 pixels. The upcoming model of the smartphone will run on 1.4 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor coupled with 1.5 GB RAM. The internal storage of the device is set at 16 GB and will have a dedicated MicroSD card slot. The front camera is going to be of 13 megapixels while the rear camera will be of 5 megapixels. The LG K8 will be backed up by a 2,500 mAh battery and will be available on the market in four different variants if we keep an eye on the colours. These are going to be a titan, dark blue, gold or silver. And it is expected that it will be available on the market with a low price tag like the LG K10.

The LG K4 and K3 are going to be entry-level smartphones in the K series smartphones which rare going to be launched within a few days. Both these devices will have low-key specs and the biggest difference between these two and LG K10 & K8 is the operating system. The LG K4 and K3 are going to come out on the market with an Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. The LG K3 will have a 4.5-inch screen with a display resolution of 854 x 480 pixels. The screen dimension will be larger for the LG K4 but will have a similar display resolution. The rear camera of both these two will be of 5 megapixels while the K4 will have a better 5-megapixel front camera than the 2-megapixel one in the K3. LG K4 will have a better battery backup as well. The LG K4 will be backed up by a 2,500 mAh battery while the K3 will have a 2,100 mAh battery, although both the devices will come with 1.1 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor alongside 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage. Both the devices will come with 4G LTE connectivity and Fingerprint scanner.
