Huawei has got some good news for the consumers of mobile phones who are planning to get hold of one in a short while. And the news states that the China-based smartphone developer is all set to launch a couple of new variants of the already popular Huawei Honor 6X.
It has been just a few months that the world of smartphones came across the Huawei Honor 6X. And the reviews of the smartphone have been reasonably good which might have prompted them to come up with a couple of new variants of the device. The smartphone will shortly be available on the market in two different colors – Blue and Pink. Previously, three variants of the device were available on the market, and those were gray, silver and gold.
Huawei has launched the new variants of the smartphone for the Chinese markets at this point in time. But experts are of the opinion that the new variants of the smartphone will soon be available in the other markets as well. So the consumers will have to wait for further confirmation from the developers regarding the availability of the new pink and blue colored Huawei Honor 6X.
The focus of the smartphone, however, lies in the dual-lens camera on the back of the smartphone. One of the two lenses is 12 megapixels while the other one is 2 megapixels. Along with the dual-lens setup, the rear camera is assisted with the Phase Detection AutoFocus (PDAF) technology and a LED flash. The selfie shooter is 8 megapixels. The Huawei Honor 6X comes with the Kirin 655 octa-core processor under the hood and runs on an Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
Along with this, there are news and updates stating that Huawei Honor 6X will soon receive an Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. It is expected to come in the second quarter of the year but for the time being the new color variants of the smartphone are what that are in the headlines.
