It has the IMX376 1/2.78-inch sensor fully equipped with f/2.0 aperture and a superb 5P lens system. this phone will also see the additional 8-megapixel camera which has been included to capture depth-of-field information as well. The front camera is thus lent the new ‘bokeh’ effect as well.
The rest of the features of the Vivo V5 Plus will include standard fare, including the standard Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC which is coupled with the Adreno 506 GPU and s standard 4GB of RAM. This RAM will be coupled with 64GB of internal/native storage as well. This handset will be powered by a standard 3160 mAh battery which is encased in a splendid all-metal unibody design which will also support fast charging. The Vivo V5 Plus IPL Limited Edition will come with the proprietary Funtouch UI which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, a choice which the company will regret in the near future.
Vivo is sponsoring the IPL this year and the new V5 Plus will be launched to commemorate the annual sports extravaganza. Expect the new Vivo V5 Plus to support dual SIM with VoLTE, GPS, and Bluetooth 4.2. The Vivo V5 Plus will come with a fingerprint scanner that is embedded right onto the home button for extra security.
