There is no lack of news from the world of technology regarding the new smartphones which are going to hit the market in the coming days. And the fact is proved right yet again as we have come across the latest news stating that Oppo is all set to launch a new smartphone titled as the Oppo A77.
As the news has revealed the highlight of the smartphone is going to be the optics section. And that is quite expected as the motto of the smartphone developers clearly emphasizes that the focus of the smartphones is going to be on the camera. And Oppo A77 is not at all going to be an exception. The smartphone is going to hit the market with a 16-megapixel selfie camera which will be assisted by a f/1.2 aperture. The rear camera is also going to be an incredible one with a 13-megapixel sensor, a f/2.2 aperture, PDAF (Phase Detection AutoFocus) technology and LED flash.
If the camera section has grabbed the attention, then the other parts of the smartphone are not at all lagging behind. Under the hood, the smartphone from Oppo sports an octa-core MediaTek MT6750T processor clocked at 1.5 GHz and will come paired with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. The storage is expandable up to 256 GB. The handset will run on an Android 6.0 Marshmallow Android operating system.
The 5.5-inch screen in the Oppo A57 will support a display resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with a pixel density of 401 ppi. The device will be available in two color variants – gold and rose gold, and will be backed up by a 3200 mAh battery. Regarding the connectivity features, there is almost everything in it that a standard smartphone these days have.
The smartphone, according to the report in GSMArena, will up for sale from May 26 and it has been officially announced by the developer. It comes with a price tag of 365 USD which is almost equivalent to 23,5000 INR. In Taiwan, the smartphone will be up for pre-order from May 19.
