The search engine giant, Google, has already started taking the rounds to tease the imminent launch of its much-awaited- the Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. It was just yesterday when we reported about the billboard appearing in Boston indicated both Pixel 2 duo to launch on October 4. In case, one can check the news right here. Just after a day, we have come across a new teaser video which surfaced on the giant’s official YouTube channel.
Now, what are we going to predict about the teaser video? We already know since yesterday that Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL were teased with an imminent launch date- the October 4. It seems the search engine giant has already started teasing the upcoming smartphones’ launch event. And as per the report stated by Gizmochina, the tech company has already sent out invites for the launch event to occur at San Francisco (time: 9 AM PT and 12 PM ET).
One may find it interesting to note how the teaser represents a bunch of question and then ending up with the text mentioning ‘Funny you should ask’, following to it we have the very familiar date- Oct. 4. Not only this, Google has also created a landing page which says ‘Thinking about changing phones?’ followed by ‘Stay tuned for more on October 4’. One may find the landing page to ask their email address and country name in order to receive tips as well as the most recent update from the giant.
Last year we have seen both the Pixel smartphones were manufactured by HTC. But with evident reports, this year the tech universe will receive Google Pixel 2 designed by HTC and Google Pixel 2 XL manufactured by LG. That is the reason why the model numbers of Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL were G011A and G011C (one may note there’s no G011B which apparently got canceled as both the smartphones initially were tipped to come with HTC). According to the FCC certification, Google Pixel 2 XL is expected to house the powerful Snapdragon 835 chipset. As of now, one may expect Google to bring forth more teasers in the coming days. Until then, one can check the teaser video right below.
