Huawei Mate 10 Pro to Feature Stylus, Company Confirms Through Video Teaser

Only a few days left before the Huawei Mate 10 become official, and the Chinese tech giant is leaving no stones unturned to build great hype before the launch date. Recently, Huawei has dropped some hints regarding the upcoming smartphone and posted a teaser video on the Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo. According to that post, the forthcoming Huawei Mate 10 will run on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo OS out-of-the-box and the premium variant will come with a stylus.

Huawei is going to launch two new smartphones under the Mate series, the Mate 10 and the Mate 10 Pro and both the handsets will run on the latest version of the Android operating system. Moreover, a new version of company’s own EMUI OS will also be launched at the same inauguration event. The video teaser does not reveal anything more and the company’s Weibo post reads, “Equipped with Android 8.0 system, give you a better Andrew experience. October 16, with you to witness the powerful combination. Huawei Mate 10. See you in Munich, Germany!”

On the other hand, famous tipster Evan Blass has leaked a new image of the Mate 10 Pro on his Twitter account and the leaked image indicates the premium model will feature a stylus, made by Moleskine, a company with which Huawei has collaborated for the accessory. The leaked image also hints that the handset will sport a dual camera setup at the rear end made by Leica. The Huawei Mate 10 Pro is expected to come with a 5.99-inch “EntireView” QHD display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 1440×2880 pixels resolution. The smartphone is also pegged to be available in four different storage variant- 6GB of RAM + 64GB internal storage, 6GB of RAM + 128GB internal storage, 6GB RAM + 256GB native storage, 8GB RAM + 256 native storage.
