The hotly-awaited pocket-friendly Android smartphone Nokia 2 has been spotted on the benchmark listing website AnTuTu before its official launch in India tomorrow. The benchmark website has revealed the key specs of the upcoming HMD Global smartphone which has been the talk of the town for a long time.
The upcoming Nokia 2 got listed on the website with the model number Nokia TA-1035 and according to the website listing, it is going to sport a 5-inch HD screen with the pixel resolution of 1280X720 pixels. Moreover, Nokia 2 is going to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 212 chipset which comes with four cores of ARM Cortex-A7 CPU and clocked at 1.3GHz. The quad-core SoC is going to couple with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of native storage capacity.
On the optics front, the forthcoming Nokia 2 is going to sport an 8-megapixel snapper at the rear end and a 5-megapixel sensor on the front. HMD Global is going to launch the Nokia 2 on 31st October through an event in Gurugram. If we believe the rumors, Nokia 2 is going to be the cheapest smartphone which HMD has launched in this country. The Nokia 3 is available in India at the price of Rs. 8,800, but Nokia 2 is believed to come with a cheaper price tag.
