These Are The Possible Specs and Features of the Xiaomi Mi 7

The Xiaomi Mi 7 is the much-talked-about successor of the Xiaomi Mi 6. The Xiaomi Mi 6 was one of the most popular devices to have launched this year. In fact, a recent variant of the Xiaomi Mi 6 was spotted online which had 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Now that the alleged specs and features of the Xiaomi Mi 7 have been spotted, it is likely that this phone will come early next year. It is likely that February 2018 will be the release month.

In sync with prevailing trends, the Xiaomi Mi 7 may likely arrive with a full-screen display which will be reportedly one of the best possible user interfaces. Currently, we are expecting an 18:9 aspect ratio themed 6.01-inch OLED display which will probably be manufactured and supplied by Samsung, the South Korean giant. This will mark the first time that the two giant companies will join hands in a collective effort to overtake the current giants of the market.

Expect a similar form.

Incidentally, the Xiaomi Mi 6 had first been launched in India in April. Thus, it is likely that the next batch of the successor series, the Mi 7, may launch earlier in the first quarter of the next FY itself. We can also safely anticipate a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor because of the full-view display blocking out any chance of placing it up front. Under the hood is expected the latest Snapdragon 845 processor, which will be Qualcomm’s 2018 year’s flagship SoC. We had reported earlier that the Xiaomi Mi 7 would probably land with the Snapdragon 845 SoC and a full-screen display as well. This means that our prediction has now been proven to be accurate.

Lastly, let us come to the Xiaomi’s Mi 7’s optics features. It is likely to have a dual rear camera setup with the two sensors being 16MP and 16MP sensor armed with an aperture of f1.7 for better photography. Also expected onboard is 6GB of RAM. Expect a starting price of around 2699 Yuan.
